We have a very lenient schedule policy.
We understand that everyone has busy lives and we are here when you need us.
~ We prefer that all schedule requests (cancellations and additions)
be made by 8 am the day for weekday walks.
We can accommodate requests made after 8 am.
It's extremely rare when we have to say no and this usually only happens for very late requests.
~ Schedule requests should be made through your online account or via email.
~ Weekends/holidays: We are available for mid-day visits/walks
on weekends but not on a
last minute basis. Please
make all weekend requests no later than Friday at noon.
*Please do not call/email on a Sat/Sun/holiday and assume we
can walk your dog over the weekend.
We do check in on Sat/Sun/holiday mornings for emergency requests but we can't guarantee we'll be able to help out... we will try our best and if your request is possible we will confirm via email or phone.

Below
is the list of dates we are on holiday schedule.
What
does "holiday schedule" mean?
***Holiday schedule means that all regularly scheduled (recurring) dog walks
are taken off the schedule automatically (since most people are off on those dates anyway)
BUT we are still available for walks and visits (we are available 365 days per year),
these appointments need to be requested in advance.***
We recommend making all holiday requests as far in advance as possible
as busy holidays can fill up quickly.
So, if you need us on any of the dates below please
email a request.
Please note, you will be charged the holiday rate.
Our 2012
holidays:
Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day
Wednesday, July 4th - July 4th
Monday, Sept 3rd - Labor Day
Thursday & Friday, Nov 22nd and 23rd - Thanksgiving
Monday, Dec 24th and 25th - Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
*All
other minor holidays are regular days for us,
but if you're lucky enough to have off from work,
just send us an email to cancel.
***Please note, if you don't cancel ahead of time and
the dog walker
shows up you will be charged in full.***
