Official Mobile Mutts Guide to Scheduling Walks/Visits-
1.
All schedule requests (cancellations and additions)
must be made by 8 am the day of.
2. Schedule requests should be made through your online account or via email.
3.
For any last minute schedule requests (meaning after 8 am),
we will try our best to accommodate you but we can
not guarantee it (it's very rare
that we can't do something last minute).
The earlier you send in your request the more likely we'll be able to help you out.
*Also please do not assume that we can fit in a
last minute walk/visit unless we confirm with you
via email or phone.*
4.
Weekends: We are available for mid-day visits/walks
on weekends but not on a
last minute basis. Please
make all weekend requests no later than Friday at noon.
*Please do not call/email on a Sat or Sun and assume we
can walk your dog over the weekend. We do check in on Sat and Sun morning for emergency requests but we can't guarantee we'll be able to help out... we will try our best and if your request is possible we will confirm via email or phone.

Below
is the list of dates we are on holiday schedule.
What
does "holiday schedule" mean?
***Holiday schedule means that all regularly scheduled (recurring) dog walks
are taken off the schedule automatically (since most people are off on those dates anyway)
BUT we are still available for walks and visits (we are available 365 days per year),
these appointments need to be requested in advance.***
We recommend making all holiday requests as far in advance as possible
as busy holidays can fill up quickly.
So, if you need us on any of the dates below please
email a request.
Please note, you will be charged the holiday rate.
Our 2010
holidays:
Monday, May 31st - Memorial Day
Monday, July 5th - July 4th
Monday, Sept. 6th - Labor Day
Thursday & Friday, Nov. 25th and 26th - Thanksgiving
Fri, Dec 24th - Christmas Eve
*All
other minor holidays are regular days for us,
but if you're lucky enough to have off from work,
just send us an email to cancel.
Please note, if you don't cancel ahead of time and
the dog walker
shows up you will be charged in full.
