1. Email or call for more information and to set up an interview.

We will need to know the following:

- Where you live.

- What type of schedule you're looking for, including days of the week,
desired two-hour time slot and the start date for our services.

- If your dog is friendly with other dogs.

- If your dog has any issues with people.


2. The Interview: These appointments generally last 20-30 minutes.
It's a chance for us to meet you and your dog or cat, learn about their
special needs and habits, learn where everything is kept and how the locks work.

Please have two full sets of keys ready for us.


3. Then we put your pet on our schedule and you're all set.

**Please note: For safety we require all of our dogs to wear a back-up
safety chain and use a four foot leash. A set will be brought for your
dog(s) to the doggie interview. The cost for the leash and chain is
$8.00 and will be billed on your first statement.

The safety chain is used only as a back-up.

We will walk your dog on whatever collar, harness or head collar he/she is used to.
The back-up is there in case something was to break
or if your pup was able to slip out of his usual walking equipment.

This is very rare but sometimes it does happen and your dog's safety is our first priority.
