- How long have you been in business?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.

- What type of animals do you care for?
We care for dogs, cats and bunnies.

- How much do your services cost?

- How will I be billed?
You will be billed on a monthly basis by credit card (Master Card, Visa and Amex) or online check.
You will receive a detailed receipt via email.

- Will I have the same dog walker every time?
For regular dog walking you will have one or two regular walkers.

If your regular walker is sick or on vacation we will provide a fully trained fill in walker.

If your dog walker decides to move on we will provide another walker to take over their route.

- Why should I hire a dog walking service (as opposed to an individual walker)?
With a dog walking service you get the benefits of our years of experience working with dogs and cats.
Our walkers are fully trained and supervised with 24 hour support from management.
We are available 365 days per year- we will never leave you without a walker or cat sitter.
We provide a level of accountability an individual walker can not.

- Do you have references?
Yes, you can read our letters of reference here.
If you'd like to call or email current clients we will be happy to provide you with
phone numbers/email addresses upon request.

- How many dogs do you walk at a time?
We never walk more than 4 dogs at a time.

- Will you tie my dog up outside?
We never tie dogs up outside unattended.

- How do we get started?

- Will you feed my dog? Give my dog medication?
We will be happy to feed your dog or give them medication as needed at no extra charge.
All special requests need to be made via email.

- How do cat visits work?
Cat visits last 20-30 minutes and we will provide everything your cat needs during our visit-
feeding, fresh water, playtime, brushing, scooping or changing the litter box, administering medication, etc.

- Do you offer overnight pet sitting?
We offer in-home overnight pet sitting, please see our list of services for more details.

- Can you give my dog a second walk if I'm stuck late at work?
Yes! We can usually add last minute walks but please make requests as early as possible.

- Why do you charge sales tax?
Unfortunately NY State considers our pets 'property' so we are required by law to charge sales tax.

- Do I tip the walker?
It's not expected but occasionally some of our clients will leave a tip if the walker has
gone out of their way (like cleaning up an accident in your house).

And many clients leave tips at holiday time... these are much appreciated by the walkers.
